First of all thank you very much for the lovely experience we had during our recent tour to Bangkok .

The entire tour was excellently handled by you and all our dealers had an excellent feedback on you and Lookeast Travels. I am sorry I took your Sunday to spend behind the group.

All the sightseeings, the guide were excellent (except the tyre puncture on first day), we also enjoyed the food at Indus, in short the best Indian food I had in a long long time. I suggest you tell your boss to open a Indus in India also.

At the outset, I would like to thank you for the excellent arrangements made for our Group from 11th to 14th June 2010

Your personal presence was really appreciable & the way you have shown ownership in taking decisions calls for applause

The Hotel provided was nice & the staffs were also courteous.

Coach & the Mini Van were also of very good quality & they were very punctual at all times

Tour Guide Naresh was good but there is a scope of improvement in allocation of guides

In terms of food, Swagat & Hot Curry was not up to the mark. Avoid using the same in future.

Food & ambiance at Indus was really a treat & the conference was also handled efficiently. Thanks to Yashpal & team for arranging things in such a great manner.

I would also like to thank Preeti for her efficient operations work done for this group

In a nutshell, it was a satisfying experience & we look forward to do good business in the coming future.
